به گزارش مردم گلستان، پیرو حادثه تلخ سقوط درخت در جنگل باقرآباد مینودشت و مصدومیت شدید دو تن از دانش آموزان دبستانی، پرونده قضایی تشکیل شد.
حجت الاسلام رضی حسینی دادستان شهرستان مینودشت با اعلام این خبر افزود: علی‌رغم اعلام و هشدارهای متوالی از سوی مدیریت مقابله با بحران استان و شهرستان مبنی بر عدم حضور در مناطق جنگلی و رودخانه ها، مدیریت آموزش و پرورش و مسئولان دبستان اقدام به برگزاری این اردو برخلاف قوانین کرده اند که با تشکیل پرونده قضایی عاملان و بانیان این حادثه تلخ به مرجع قضایی احضار خواهند شد.
دادستان مینودشت در پایان افزود: در موضوع تخطی از قانون و به خطر انداختن جان مردم، دستگاه قضا با هیچ کس تعارف ندارد و مطابق قانون با متخلفان برخورد خواهد شد.
