۶۵ درصد دانش‌آموزان مهاجر و تبعه خارجی گنبدکاووس عضو شبکه شاد هستند
معاون آموزش ابتدایی اداره آموزش و پرورش گنبدکاووس گفت که ۶۵ درصد از دانش آموزان مهاجر و تبعه خارجی این شهرستان به شبکه شاد دسترسی دارند و تلاش برای افزایش این آمار ادامه دارد.
الهه فدایی روز سه شنبه در گفت و گو اظهار داشت: اکنون هزار و ۲۰۰ دانش آموز مهاجر یا تبعه خارجی در سه مقطع ابتدایی، متوسطه دوره اول و دوم مدارس شهرستان گنبد کاووس تحصیل می‌کنند.
وی افزود: ۲۹ درصد دانش آموزان تبعه خارجی گنبد با درس‌نامه و بیش از ۶ درصد نیز به دلیل سکونت در روستاهای کم برخوردار یا دورافتاده از طریق حضور فیزیکی در کلاس درس مشغول تحصیل هستند.
فدایی ادامه داد: از مجموع ۹۰۰ دانش آموز تبعه خارجی مقطع ابتدایی حدود ۶۴ درصد و از مجموع ۳۰۰ دانش آموز خارجی مقطع متوسطه دوره اول و دوم حدود ۶۶ درصد به شبکه شاد دسترسی دارند و بقیه از طریق درس‌نامه و یا برنامه‌های آموزشی تلویزیون مشغول تحصیل هستند.
معاون آموزش و پرورش گنبدکاووس همچنین یادآور شد که با شروع سال تحصیلی جاری، مدرسه ویژه اتباع خارجی با کمک یک نیکوکار محلی و حمایت سازمان یونیسف (بخش کودکان سازمان ملل) در این شهرستان راه اندازی شد و اکنون ۱۸۰ دانش آموز پسر و ۱۳۲ دانش آموز دختر در این مکان تحصیل می‌کنند.
فدایی، پیگیری و ثبت‌نام دانش آموزان فاقد مدرک اقامت اتباع خارجی را از دیگر برنامه‌های آموزش و پرورش عنوان کرد و گفت: امسال ۲۷ دانش آموز فاقد مدرک با قید تعهد در مدارس گنبدکاووس پذیرش شدند.
وی ادامه داد: ثبت‌نام فرزندان اتباع خارجی در مدارس تفاوتی با سایر افراد ندارد و پس از تکمیل مدارک مورد نیاز به این دانش آموزان گواهی پایان تحصیل داده می‌شود.
فدایی؛ توزیع لباس گرم، پیگیری روند تحصیل، مشارکت دادن آنان در جشنواره‌های آموزشی و پرورشی، توانمندسازی دانش آموزان و خانواده‌های آنان در زمینه مهارت‌های خود مراقبتی، پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی و مبارزه با مواد مخدر و عضویت برخی از آنان در شوراها و تشکلات دانش آموزی و برگزاری کلاس‌های تقویتی رایگان برای افراد دیرآموز را از جمله اقدامات آموزش و پرورش برای دانش آموزان اتباع خارجی برشمرد.
این مسوول تصریح کرد: تمام تلاش آموزش و پرورش این است هیچ کودک تبعه خارجی حتی افراد فاقد مجوز اقامت از تحصیل و آموزش محروم نشود.
آمنه تقان‌پور، رییس اداره سوادآموزی گنبدکاووس نیز چندی قبل گفته بود: امسال ۳۵ نفر در کلاس‌های سوادآموزی کمیساریای اتباع خارجی و ۱۳۰ نفر هم در کلاس‌های سوادآموزی اتباع خارجی (اغلب از کشور افغانستان) در شهرستان شرکت کردند.
گفته می‌شود بیشترین جمعیت اتباع خارجی مقیم استان گلستان را افغانستانی‌ها تشکیل می دهند که به طور عمده ساکن شهرهای گرگان و گنبد هستند.
علاوه بر دستگاههای دولتی؛ چندین تشکل مردم نهاد و بنیاد خیریه بخش خصوصی هم در استان گلستان به اتباع خارجی و بطور مشخص افغانستانی ها خدمات ارایه می‌دهند.
استان گلستان علاوه بر پذیرش مهاجران خارجی؛ از تنوع قومی، مذهبی و نژادی هم برخوردار است.
