بازی دوفر از جمله بازی‌های محلی در روستای فارسیان شهرستان گالیکش است که در حال حاضر در ایام نوروز یا تابستان که غالباً افراد جوان در روستا حضور دارند و جمعیت روستا افزایش می‌یابد، اجرا می‌شود. ماهیت این بازی به نوعی دفاع از سرزمین است، به همین دلیل مختص مردان طراحی‌شده است. واژه «دوفر» از دو کلمه «دو» و «فر» تشکیل شده است که «دو» به معنی قلعه و «فر» یعنی قیچی کردن و به اصطلاح به بریدن راه و خارج کردن رقیب از دور بازی اشاره دارد. به این شکل که کسانی که «دو» را انجام می‌دهند، مهاجمینی هستند که به آن سرزمین حمله می‌برند و کسانی که «فر» را انجام می‌دهند، گروهی هستند که سرزمینشان مورد حمله قرار گرفته است.
بازی محلی دوفر روستای فارسیان شهرستان گالیکش در شهریور سال ۹۷ به شماره ۱۶۴۲ در فهرست میراث ناملموس کشور به ثبت رسید که در ادامه با مراحل و شیوه این بازی بیشتر آشنا می‌شویم.
مراحل بازی:
این بازی در مرحله اول، با یارگیری و تعیین افراد گروه شروع می‌شود. به این منظور دو نفر به‌عنوان سرگروه که به آن‌ها «اوسا» (استاد) گفته می‌شود در کنار زمین ایستاده و بقیه بازیکنان هم دوبه‌دو یارشان را انتخاب کرده و مقابل استاد قرار می‌گیرند. افراد، اسامی را که برای خود به‌طور فرضی انتخاب کرده‌اند (به‌عنوان‌مثال: جو و گندم، درخت مازی و درخت تَقَر، تقی و نقی و…) را به سرگروه به این شکل اعلام می‌کنند: «اوسا عالی عالی» به این معنا که: ای استاد عالی‌مرتبه اجازه می‌دهید که ما در گروه شما بازی کنیم؟ استاد هم در جواب می‌گوید: «عالی عالی» به این معنا که: من شمارا می‌پذیرم. آنگاه افراد خود را به این شکل که «من جوام» و یا دیگری می‌گوید «من گندمم» به سرگروه‌ها معرفی کرده و هر استاد یکی از آن‌ها را برای گروه خود انتخاب می‌کند و این مرحله به پایان می‌رسد.
پس از یارگیری، مرحله تعیین گروه مهاجم و مدافع با انجام شیر یا خط انجام می‌شود که به زبان محلی به آن «تَر و خشک» کردن می‌گویند. در مرحله تَر و خشک، تعیین می‌شود که کدام گروه «میدان» یا «دو» و کدام گروه «دور» را بگیرند. در این هنگام، گروهی که روی «خشک» سنگ برایشان بیاید، باید روی «دو» یا قلعه بایستند و آن‌هایی که «تَر» برایشان بیاید، باید در «دور میدان» قرار بگیرند و نقش مهاجمین را در بازی ایفاء کنند.
درگذشته کفش‌های بازیکنان به‌عنوان «دو» یا نمادی از «تپه یا قلعه» در وسط میدان بازی قرار می‌گرفت اما امروزه هر عنصری که در دسترس باشد این نقش را ایفاء می‌کند. پس از مشخص کردن موقعیت قلعه، افرادی که روی «دو» خواهند ایستاد درواقع همان نگهبانان قلعه هستند که وظیفه‌شان مبارزه با مهاجمان است و می‌بایست اجازه ندهند تا گروه مقابل قلعه را فتح کنند. به همین منظور این گروه با پا مهاجمان را از قلعه دور کرده تا مانع هجوم آن‌ها شوند. کسانی هم که در «دور» یعنی به شکل دایره‌وار دور میدان یا قلعه می‌ایستند درواقع مهاجمانی هستند که باید به سمت نگهبانان قلعه رفته و آن‌ها را «فِر» کنند، یعنی قیچی‌شان کنند و آنان را از محل پستشان (دور قلعه) به در کنند. هنگامی‌که نگهبانان قلعه با پا رقیب را می زنند، رقبا باید پای نگهبانان را بگیرند و دورشان بچرخند یا آن‌ها را قیچی‌شان کنند. در نهایت یا گروه مهاجم قادر به فتح قلعه شده و یا نگهبانان موفق به حفظ قلعه می‌شوند.
