طبق شنیده ها این عضو شورای شهر همان فردی است که هفته پیش از سمت مدیریتی خود بدلیل تخلفات مالی برکنار شد.
تاکنون دستگیری یا احضار این فرد توسط مقامات استانی اطلاع رسانی نشده است.
از بدو شروع به کار این شورا تاکنون یک شهردار و سه عضو شورا دستگیر و از خدمت منفصل شده اند.
