مطالبات برزمین‌مانده کشاورزان بذری‌کار گندم شهرستان گرگان

در حالی که در سال‌های گذشته مطالبات بذری‌کاران گندم شهرستان گرگان یک ماهه تسویه می‌شد امسال این فرآیند تا چند ماه به طول انجامیده‌ است.

به گزارش پایگاه خبری مردم گلستان، یکی از کشاورزان پیمانکار گندم‌بذری اظهار داشت: با توجه به قرارداد منعقد‌شده بین کشاورزان و اتحادیه شرکت‌های تعاونی‌روستایی شهرستان گرگان مقرر شده‌بود که نهایتاً ظرف 45 روز بدهی آن‌ها پرداخت شود. اما متاسفانه با گذشت چندین ماه هنوز بدهی کشاورزان پرداخت نشده‌است. کشاورزان با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی و نداشتن درآمد پایدار دیگر، این روزها مجبور هستند که کود و بذر را هم برای کشت جدید نقداً خریداری نمایند و همچنین وام‌های سررسید‌شده را نیز با تاخیر پرداخت کنند.وی با بیان اینکه کشاورزی در ایران روز‌گذرانی و معیشتی بوده، افزود: کشاورز اگر پول محصولاتش را دریافت نکند، برای ادامه کشت سرمایه‌ای در اختیار نخواهد داشت و مجبور به تامین مالی از طریق استقراض از منابع غیربانکی می‌باشد.این کشاورز اضافه کرد: مسئولان دولتی اجازه نمی‌دهند دلال، گندم کشاورزان را خریداری کند در صورتی که دلال مبلغ محصولات کشاورزی را نقدا پرداخت می‌کند. همچنین مسئولان به این موضوع فکر نمی‌‌کنند که گندمکار برای تداوم کشت خود نیاز به نقدینگی دارد. این گندمکار گفت: هر روزه برای دریافت بهای گندم خود به اتحادیه مراجعه می‌کنیم و با درب بسته مدیریت مواجه می‌شویم و اعتراض کشاورزان از عدم پاسخگوی تا جایی بالا گرفت که مسئولین بالادستی جلسه‌ای جهت هم‌اندیشی حل مشکل تدارک دیدند، اما متاسفانه مدیرعامل با بهانه اینکه از جلسه اطلاعی نداشته در جمع کشاورزان حضور پیدا نکرد.وی در پایان درخواست کرد اگر استاندار و مسئولین واقعا به فکر کشاورز هستند و صدای آنها را می‌شنوند به دادشان برسد و موضوع عدم پرداخت بهای گندمکاران بذری شهرستان گرگان را پیگیری کند.
