دادستان عمومی و انقلاب مرکز گلستان گفت که در راستای حفظ کاربری زمین‌های زراعی و باغی و جلوگیری از تغییر کاربری، ۲۲ بنای غیرمجاز در زمین‌های کشاورزی روستای نوچمن گرگان تخریب شد.
به گزارش روز یکشنبه روابط عمومی دادگستری گلستان، محمود اسپانلو افزود: این بناهای غیرمجاز شامل خانه‌باغ، فنس کشی و دیوارکشی بود که در راستای اجرای تبصره ۲ ماده ۱۰ قانون حفظ کاربری زمین های کشاورزی و باغی، تخریب شد.
وی بیان کرد: با تخریب این بناها، هفت هزار و ۲۵۵ متر زمین کشاورزی آزاد و از تغییر کاربری آن‌ها جلوگیری شد.
به گفته وی از ابتدای امسال تاکنون بیش از ۸۰ مورد ساخت و ساز غیرمجاز در زمین های کشاورزی و باغی شهرستان گرگان تخریب شده است.
پیشتر حیدر آسیابی رئیس کل دادگستری گلستان در نشست شورای حفظ حقوق بیت المال این استان بر برخورد قاطعانه با تغییر کاربری اراضی و دست اندازی به عرصه های ملی و منابع طبیعی تاکید کرده بود.
استان گلستان واقع در شمال کشور دارای یک میلیون و ۹۰۰ هزار نفر جمعیت دارد که ۴۷ درصد آن ساکن مناطق روستایی هستند.
