وی افزود: این دور از مسابقات در رشته‌های حفظ کل- ۲۰ جز -۱۰ جز -۵ جزء- قرائت تحقیق و قرائت ترتیل اذان دعاخوانی بین شرکت کنندگان در رده سنی بالای ۱۸ سال «خواهران و برادران» برگزار می‌شود.
وی افزود: این مسابقات برابر زمانبندی؛ در بخش خواهران با حضور متسابقین از شهرستانی‌های گنبد کاووس، آزادشهر، مینودشت، رامیان، کلاله در روز چهارشنبه ۲۱ تیر ماه ساعت ۸ الی ۱۷ و در بخش برادران با حضور متسابقین از شهرستان‌های گنبد کاووس، آزادشهر، مینودشت، رامیان، کلاله روز جمعه ۲۳ تیرماه از ساعت ۸ الی ۱۸ در حرم مطهر امامزاده یحیی بن زید (ع) شهرستان گنبد کاووس برگزار می‌شود.
