به گزارش مردم گلستان، روز سه شنبه محمدرضا نصراله زاده، دبیر کل انجمن قایق های تندرو کشور به اتفاق ناخدا مصطفی خسروی، نماینده نیروی دریایی راهبردی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در گلستان در معیت محمد میرنژاد، مسئول امور دریایی بنادر گلستان از زیرساخت های اسکله فلزی حوضچه بندر و اسکله قایقرانی، تفریحی بندرترکمن بازدید کرد.
نماینده نیروی دریایی راهبردی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در گلستان در این بازدید گفت: به مناسبت فرارسیدن هفت آذر، روز نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، مسابقه قایق‌های تندرو نیروهای مسلح بین سه استان ساحلی شمال کشور برای نخستین بار در بندرترکمن برگزار می‌شود.
ناخدا مصطفی خسروی هدف از برگزاری این مسابقه را اقتدارآفرینی نظام، پیام صلح و دوستی در قالب یک مرکب ورزشی بسیار جذاب و با معیار رقابت سالم، سلامت اجرای مسابقه، امنیت مسابقه دهندگان و مشارکت همگانی عنوان کرد.
محمد میرنژاد، مسئول امور دریایی بنادر گلستان هم گفت: با توجه به زمان پایان لایروبی کانال آشوراده و بازگشایی کانال و تبادل آب بین دریا و خلیج گرگان، شناورهای سبک می‌توانند از اسکله به مسیر جزیره آشوراده به راحتی تردد کنند.
وی بیان کرد: علائم کمک ناوبری و علائم هشدار دهنده در مسیر تردد شناورها از الزامات این مسابقات است.
در پایان گشت دریایی از خلیج گرگان و تعیین مسیر تردد شناورها و هماهنگی های لازم برای مسابقات قایقرانی با ارگان‌های ذیربط در دستور کار قرار گرفت.
