رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان با بیان این که ازدحام تخت در استان وجود ندارد، گفت: ۷۵ درصد کادر درمان گلستان واکسن کرونا دریافت کردند.
به گزارش مردم گلستان به نقل از مهر، عبدالرضا فاضل صبح یکشنبه در گفتگوی خبری اظهار کرد: در حال حاضر ازدحام تخت در استان نداریم و شرایط ما نسبت به سایر استان‌ها بهتر است.
رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان اضافه کرد: علیرغم اینکه بیمارستان ها در آماده باش هستند به ظرفیت تختی ما آسیبی ندیده و اگر بیش از هزار بیمار بستری داشته باشیم مشکلات آغاز می شود.
وی در خصوص کرونای انگلیسی هم گفت: به صورت تصادفی هر بیماری که علایم بالینی شدید و دوره کمون کمتری داشته باشد، علاوه بر تست کرونای معمولی از نظر کرونای جهش یافته هم بررسی می‌شود.
فاضل بیان کرد: هفته گذشته از ۶ تست اخذ شده پنج تست مثبت بوده و برآورد آماری ما این است که نوع انگلیسی آمار بالایی را به خود اختصاص می‌دهد.
رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان اظهارکرد: از مقطعی براساس اعلام وزارت بهداشت مبنا را بر کرونای انگلیسی گذاشته و توان خود را صرف درمان این بیماری کردیم.
وی افزود: درمان بر اساس بستری زودتر و تامین اکسیژن و داروهای ضد ویروس آغاز می شود.
فاضل بیان کرد: اصراری نداریم که ثابت کنیم کرونای چینی یا کرونای انگلیسی است و درمان را سریع تر شروع می کنیم.
رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان گفت: هزینه کیت تشخیصی انگلیسی بیشتر از کرونای معمولی بوده و فرایند استخراج هم پیچیده تر و ریسک انتقال کرونا به فرد آزمایش کننده هم بالاتر است.
به گفته وی علاوه بر آزمایشگاه ویروس شناسی دانشگاه، دو آزمایشگاه ویروس شناسی خصوصی هم در سطح استان وجود دارد.
فاضل اعلام کرد: ۹ هزار و ۳۰۰ دوز واکسن کرونا وارد استان شده که هزار و ۶۰۰ واحد آن تزریق شده است.
رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان گفت: کادر درمان در اولویت دریافت واکسن بوده و ۷۵ درصد آنها واکسینه شده اند.
وی توضیح داد: آمار بیماران خاص مانند دیالیزی، ام اس و غیره در استان مشخص است که به ترتیب فراخوان داده می‌شود و تزریق واکسن انجام می شود.
