رئیس کل دادگستری استان گلستان از سند دار شدان بیش از ۲۱ هزار هکتار از سواحل خزری این استان خبر داد.
حیدر آسیابی امروز در جلسه شورای حفظ حقوق بیت المال استان گلستان که در دادگستری کل این استان برگزار شد با اشاره به این خبر، اظهار کرد: این اراضی شامل سواحل و زمین های تا حریم 60 متر دریاست که با صدور این اسناد، ۹۰ درصد زمین های ساحلی و 95 درصد اراضی حریم ۶۰ متر دریا به نام دولت سند زده شد.
وی با بیان اینکه پیگیری برای صدور سند بقیه این اراضی ادامه دارد، افزود: لازم است از تلاش های اداره کل ثبت اسناد و املاک استان گلستان که با پیگیری شبانه روزی به ما کمک کرده و سال گذشته نیز در زمینه کاداستر اراضی ملی رتبه دوم کشور را کسب کرد قدردانی کنیم.
رئیس کل دادگستری استان گلستان با اشاره به آغاز طرح صدور سند تک برگی زمین های کشاورزی در استان خطاب به کشاورزان تاکید کرد: هر چه زودتر برای درخواست صدور سند تک برگی به اداره ثبت اسناد مراجعه کنند.
این مقام ارشد قوه قضاییه در استان گلستان در ادامه این جلسه از فعال شدن شورای حفظ حقوق بیت المال در همه حوزه های قضایی استان خبر داد و گفت: با تشکیل این شورا در شهرستان ها، رسیدگی به موارد مربوط به تعرض و دست اندازی به اراضی ملی و منابع طبیعی و انفال با سرعت بیشتری انجام می شود و عرصه بر دست اندازان به بیت المال تنگ تر خواهد شد .
آسیابی از اقدامات پیشگیرانه دستگاه های متولی در حوزه جنگل ها و مراتع برای کاهش آتش سوزی در این عرصه ها تشکر کرد و گفت: خوشبختانه بر اساس اعلام کارشناسان این حوزه امسال با تلاش های انجام شده تا 80 درصد کمتر آتش سوزی داشتیم که جای تقدیر دارد و امیدواریم این روند در نیمه دوم سال هم به همین منوال ادامه داشته باشد.
وی در ادامه به ورود شورای حفظ حقوق بیت المال برای حق آبه تالاب های بین المللی استان هم اشاره کرد و گفت: دادستان مرکز استان در کنار اداره کل محیط زیست، پیگیر ِ تامین حق آبه این تالاب ها هستند و امیدواریم در این حوزه شاهد اخبار خوبی باشیم.
