حیدر آسیابی در گفت و گو با خبرنگاران و اهالی رسانه با اشاره به دستگیری قاتل شهید علی سروانی در همان ساعات ابتدایی پس از وقوع حادثه، اظهار کرد: کیفرخواست متهم این قتل نیز که دل بسیاری از مردم شریف ایران اسلامی را به درد آورده است نیز صادر شده است.
وی با بیان اینکه تحقیقات مقدماتی، قرار نهایی و صدور کیفرخواست پرونده ظرف ۶ روز انجام گرفت، افزود: پرونده برای محاکمه و صدور رای به دادگاه کیفری یک گنبدکاووس فرستاده شده است.
