حیدر آسیابی صبح امروز در گفت و گو با خبرنگاران با اشاره به لغو اجرای یک حکم قصاص با پادرمیانی بزرگان و ریش سفیدان شهرستان مراوه تپه، اظهار کرد: محکوم به قصاص، سال 1382 در پی مشاجره لفظی، مرگ داماد خانواده را رقم زد.
وی با بیان اینکه همان سال این پرونده رسیدگی شده و با درخواست اولیای دم، حکم قصاص برای متهم صادر شد، افزود: مقتول، دو کودک خردسال داشت و به همین علت اجرای حکم قصاص تا زمان رسیدن به سن بلوغ این کودکان، به تعویق افتاد.
رئیس کل دادگستری استان‌گلستان با تاکید بر اینکه پارسال فرزندان مقتول با مراجعه به دادگستری شهرستان مراوه تپه درخواست اجرای حکم را ارئه دادند، خاطرنشان کرد: به این ترتیب پس از طی تشریفات قانونی، قصاص در نوبتِ اجرا قرار گرفت.
آسیابی ادامه داد:با تلاش رئیس حوزه قضایی مراوه تپه، همزمان تلاش ها برای رایزنی با اولیای دم هم آغاز شد و با پادرمیانی امام جمعه اهل سنت شهرستان مراوه تپه، اعضای شورای حل اختلاف و جمعی از ریش سفیدان منطقه، پس از بارها نشست، بالاخره فرزندان مقتول رضایت داده و از اجرای حکم قصاص ِ دایی ِ خود منصرف شدند.
وی تاکید کرد: با اجرای این حکم تعداد افرادی که از ابتدای امسال با گذشت اولیای دم بخشیده شده اند به پانزده نفر رسید.
