اعطای تسهیلات به بهره برداران بناهای تاریخی در گلستان

میراث‌ فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع‌ دستی گلستان از اعطای تسهیلات کم‌بهره به مالکان و بهره‌برداران بخش خصوصی بناهای تاریخی ثبت‌ شده و واجد ارزش استان خبر داد.

به گزارش مردم گلستان، محمدجواد ساوری در گفتگو با خبرنگاران اظهارکرد: تسهیلات کم‌بهره به مالکان و بهره‌برداران بخش خصوصی بناهای تاریخی ثبت‌شده و واجد ارزش استان پرداخت می‌شود.

مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی گلستان افزود: این تسهیلات در راستای حفاظت، مرمت و احیای آثار ثبت‌شده و واجد ارزش تاریخی، توسعه گردشگری پایدار، ایجاد اشتغال و سرمایه‎گذاری برای پویایی و باززنده‎سازی بناهای تاریخی سطح استان از محل کمک‌های فنی و اعتباری سال ۱۴۰۱ پرداخت می‌شود.

ساروی در ادامه گفت : مالکان و بهره‌برداران بناهای تاریخی ثبت‌شده و واجد ارزش استان می‌توانند برای ثبت‌نام در این طرح و یا دریافت اطلاعات بیشتر درخصوص شرایط اعطای این تسهیلات تا پایان روز کاری اول بهمن‌ماه ۱۴۰۱ به معاونت میراث‌فرهنگی اداره‎ کل میراث‌فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع‌دستی استان گلستان مراجعه کنند.

به گفته ایشان: این تسهیلات با نرخ سود ۱۲ درصدی و تا سقف هفت میلیارد و ۵۰۰ میلیون ریال صرفاً به مالکان و بهره‌برداران بخش خصوصی ابنیه تاریخی که دارای کاربری اقامتی، پذیرایی و تجاری باشد، اعطا می‌شود و مدت بازپرداخت آن پنج ساله خواهد بود.
