مدیرکل راه و شهرسازی گلستان گفت توافق نامه احداث ۲۰۰ واحد مسکونی مشمول قانون جهش تولید مسکن و قانون جوانی جمعیت در قالب خوابگاههای دانشجویان متأهل در گلستان منعقد شده است.
به گزارش مردم گلستان ، مهدی ملک شامگاه شنبه در دومین جلسه شورای مسکن گلستان اظهار کرد: در راستای اجرای طرح نهضت ملی مسکن و در قالب اجرای قانون حمایت از خانواده و جوانی جمعیت، برای ۵۵۴ خانواده گلستانی دارای سه فرزند به بالا، تهیه مسکن برنامهریزی شده است.
مدیرکل راه و شهرسازی گلستان گفت: از این تعداد جامعه هدف در این بخش، ۶۰ قرارداد واگذاری زمین به خانوادهها آماده شده و مابقی قراردادها هم تنظیم و در اختیار واجدان شرایط قرار خواهد گرفت.
ملک افزود: براساس توافقنامه امضا شد مابین وزارت علوم، تحقیقات با وزارت راه و شهرسازی مبنی بر احداث ۲۰۰ هزار واحد مسکونی در قالب خوابگاههای دانشجویی، تاکنون توافقنامه احداث ۲۰۰ واحد در این استان منعقد شده است.
به گفته ایشان: هنوز سهمیه خاص و مشخصی از مجموع ۲۰۰ هزار واحد کل کشور به گلستان داده نشده اما این سهمیه منوط و مشروط به استقبال و نیاز واحدهای دانشگاهی است.
