دادستان عمومی و انقلاب مینودشت، از اعلام نظر کارشناسی پرونده عماد شاملو، دانش‌آموز مینودشتی که بر اثر سقوط درخت در اردوی دانش آموزی فوت کرده، خبر داد.
به گزارش مردم گلستان به نقل از میزان، دادستان عمومی و انقلاب مینودشت در مورد این پرونده گفت: با تاکید رئیس کل دادگستری و پیگیری دادستان مرکز استان به علت اهمیت این پرونده، با کار شبانه‌روزی در کوتاه‌ترین زمان پس از بررسی اسناد و مدارک و معاینه محل حادثه، نظریه کارشناسی صادر شد.سیدرضی حسینی افزود: در این نظریه، آموزش و پرورش شهرستان و مسئولان مدرسه شاهد این شهر به دلیل نادیده گرفتن هشدار‌های هواشناسی و اداره منابع طبیعی مینودشت نیز به عنوان متولی پارک جنگلی باقرآباد که مسئول شناسایی و جمع آوری درختان فرسوده و ناپایدار محل برگزاری این اردوست، مقصر شناخته شدند و درصد قصور هر بخش نیز مشخص شده است.
حسینی گفت: رئیس اداره منابع طبیعی شهرستان مینودشت هم امروز برای ارائه توضیحات به دادسرا احضار شد. همچنین هفته گذشته هم سرپرست آموزش و پرورش مینودشت، ۲ تن از معاونان آموزش و پرورش این شهرستان، مدیر و معاون پرورشی مدرسه ابتدایی شاهد، برای اخذ توضیح و دفاعیات به دادسرای مینودشت احضار شدند.اردوی دانش آموزی روز دوشنبه ۲۹ آبان علی.رغم هشدار‌های هواشناسی در جنگل‌های مینودشت برگزار شد که بر اثر وزش باد و سقوط درخت، ۲ دانش آموز و یک معلم، مصدوم شدند که متاسفانه عماد عزیز بر اثر شدت جراحات پس از چند روز کما، درگذشت.
