افزایش ابتلای کودکان به کرونا/ بچه ها عامل انتقال ویروس هستند

یک فوق تخصص بیماری‌های عفونی کودکان با اشاره به افزایش آمار ابتلای کودکان به کرونا، گفت: کودکان اغلب عامل انتقال ویروس به افراد بزرگسال و پرریسک هستند.

چراغعلی بیان کرد: هر اندازه بچه‌ها ضعیف‌تر و مشکلات زمینه‌ای مانند بیماری قلبی، معلولیت عصبی و حرکتی، مشکلات دیالیزی، مشکلات مزمن کبدی و سو تغذیه داشته باشند بیشتر در معرض خطر هستند و ممکن است دچار عوارض شدید و حتی مرگ و میر ناشی ازکرونا شوند.

وی اضافه کرد: عموماً ویروس در کودکان با تظاهرات خفیف و متوسط (آبریزش از بینی، تب، درد گلو و تظاهرات تنفسی) ایجاد شده و خود را به صورت سرماخوردگی نشان می داد و گاهی خانواده‌ها در برابر بیماری مقاومت می‌کنند.

چراغعلی بیان کرد: همزمانی ویروس کرونابا یک عفونت دیگر گاهاً مشاهده شده که در صورت عدم درمان به موقع خطر مرگ را به همراه دارد.

وی متذکر شد: هم اکنون کودکان عامل انتقال ویروس در جامعه و خانواده هستند و خانواده‌ها هم مراعات نکرده و هنگامی که یکی از اعضا مبتلا شد کودک را به نزد بزرگترها می‌فرستند و ممکن است آن فرزند در دوره کمون بوده و پدربزرگ و مادربزرگ را آلوده کند.

چراغعلی افزود: وقتی یکی از اعضای خانواده درگیر شد خانواده نباید از هم گسیخته شده زیرا ممکن است بچه‌ها مبتلا باشند اما تظاهرات بالینی نداشته باشند.

وی اضافه کرد: کودکان عموماً عامل انتشار به افراد بزرگسال و پر ریسک هستند اما مرگ و میر در آنها پایین بوده ولی به راحتی ویروس را منتقل می‌کند.
