دادستان مرکز استان گلستان برای حفاظت و پیشگیری از آسیب بیشتر به تپه باستانی بازگیر مینودشت ورود کرد و خواستار تعیین تکلیف خانههای روستایی در حریم این میراث ۶ هزار ساله شد.
به گزارش مردم گلستان از دادگستری گلستان، محمود اسپانلو در نشست کارگروه حقوق عامه برای بررسی وضعیت تپه تاریخی بازگیر از میراث فرهنگی استان خواست هر چه زودتر برای تعیین تکلیف خانههای حریم این تپه باستانی اقدام کند.
اسپانلو گفت: میراث فرهنگی باید در کوتاهترین زمان اقدامات لازم برای تعیین تکلیف خانه ۱۰ خانوار روستایی ساکن در حریم این تپه باستانی در روستای بازگیر مینودشت را انجام داده و در کوتاهترین زمان تمهیدات مورد نیاز برای جابجایی این خانوارها را عملی کند.
دادستان مرکز گلستان افزود: میراث فرهنگی همچنین باید اقدامات ایمنی در محدوده کاوشهای باستان شناسی در تپه بازگیر را برای جلوگیری از احتمال سقوط افراد انجام دهد.
وی با تاکید بر گماردن نیروهای یگان حفاظت میراث فرهنگی برای حفاظت از این میراث ملی، بیان کرد: دهیاری روستای بازگیر هم مکلف به جمع آوری زبالهها از محدوده اینتپه باستانی و کمک به حفاظت از آن است.
دادستان مرکز استان گفت: اگر وعدههای میراث فرهنگی برای جابجایی خانوادههای ساکن در حریم این تپه باستانی و حفاظت از این میراث تاریخی محقق نشود از باب حقوق عامه ورود میکنیم و پرونده ترک فعل برای متولیان تشکیل میدهیم.
تعدادی از خانوارهای روستای تاریخی بازگیر به دلیل قرار گرفتن در حریم میراث فرهنگی سالهاست از دریافت و برخورداری از هرگونه خدمات بنیاد مسکن برای ساخت و ساز و صدور سند محروم هستند و وعدههای میراث فرهنگی برای تدارک زمین و جابجایی این خانوادهها عملی نشده است.
این خانوادهها اسفند سال گذشته در سفر رییس کل دادگستری و دادستان مرکز استان به شهرستان مینودشت، خواستار ورود دستگاه قضا برای تعیین تکلیف زودتر خانههای خود شده بودند.
تپه باستانی بازگیر در ۲ کیلومتری شمال شهر مینودشت در شرق استان گلستان قرار دارد و سال ۱۳۷۹ به ثبت ملی رسید و تاکنون آثاری از دورههای مس و سنگ، مفرغ قدیم، مفرغ پایانی، آهن، دوره اشکانی و دوره اسلامی در این ناحیه تاریخی ۶ هزار ساله شناسایی شده است.
