رئیس کل دادگستری استان گلستان از دستگیری کلاهبردار مدعی نفوذ در پزشکی قانونی خبر داد.
حیدر آسیابی در گفت و گو با خبرنگاران و اهالی رسانه استان گلستان با اشاره به دستگیری فردی با ادعای ارتباط و نفوذ در پزشکی قانونی، اظهار کرد: با هوشیاری حفاظت و اطلاعات دادگستری استان فردی که به علت شباهت نام خانوادگی با یکی از پزشکان ِ اداره پزشکی قانونی استان مدعی بود می تواند برگه معاینات پزشکی برای تعیین میزان صدمات ناشی از تصادفات صادر کند، شناسایی و دستگیر شد.
وی با بیان اینکه این فرد، با این ادعا که پزشک است در ازای صدور گواهی جعلی پزشکی قانونی از افراد پول می گرفت، ادامه داد: با رصد اطلاعاتی حفاظت و اطلاعات دادگستری استان، پزشک قلابی و همدست او دستگیر شدند.
رئیس کل دادگستری استان گلستان با تاکید بر اینکه در تحقیقات صورت گرفته مشخص شد این فرد ارتباطی با پزشکی قانونی و کارکنان آن نداشته و ماساژور است، تصریح کرد: متهمان در یک مورد از کلاهبرداری های خود، قربانی را در یک بنگاه مشاور املاک فریب داده بودند.
آسیابی اضافه کرد: متهمان به تازگی کلاهبرداری با این شیوه را آغاز کرده بودند که با هوشیاری کارکنان حفاظت و اطلاعات دادگستری استان به دام افتادند.
وی از کسانی که به این شیوه از آنان کلاهبرداری شده است خواست به حفاظت و اطلاعات دادگستری استان به نشانی گرگان، بلوار شهید کلانتری ( کمربندی ) ، خیابان جهاد، دادگستری کل مراجعه کنند و تاکید کرد: مردم همواره می توانند شبهات و تردیدهای خود پیرامون صحت عناوین افراد در هر نهادی را با دستگاههای مسئول چک کنند.
