به گزارش مردم گلستان، علی یزدانی گفت: رسیدگی به پرونده تحویل گندم های مخلوط با ماسه و خاک به سیلوهای دولتی، با شکایت اداره غله تابستان سال گذشته در دادگاه کیفری یک شهرستان گنبدکاووس آغاز شد.
یزدانی افزود: متهمان این پرونده پنج نفر هستند که تصرف غیرقانونی اموال دولتی، کلاهبرداری و مخلوط کردن خاک و ماسه با گندم از جمله اتهامات آن ها است.
رئیس دادگستری گنبدکاووس با اعلام این که رای متهمان صادر و به طرفین ابلاغ شده است، افزود: این رای بدوی است و طرفین تا 20 روز پس از ابلاغ برای اعتراض به آن فرصت دارند.
وی ادامه داد: در صورت اعتراض طرفین، پرونده برای بررسی به دیوان عالی کشور فرستاده خواهد شد.
