روند رو به رشدی در پرداخت تسهیلات و تحقق میزان اشتغال در گلستان

مدیر کل تعاون کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان گلستان گفت: آمارها بیانگر آن است که گلستان روند رو به رشدی در پرداخت تسهیلات و تحقق میزان اشتغال داشته است.

به گزارش مردم گلستان، حسینعلی خواجه مظفری ظهر یکشنبه در گفتگو با خبرنگاران اظهار کرد: در سال ۹۸ میزان تعهد اشتغال استان گلستان ۳۰ هزار بوده که در سامانه رصد ۲۷ هزار و ۹۳۰ شغل به ثبت رسیده است و همچنین در سال ۹۹ این عدد تغییری نداشته و گزارش دولت حاکی از ایجاد اشتغال ۲۹ هزار و ۲۲۷ شغل بود که در همان زمان نیز حتی از سوی فعالان رسانه‌ای مخالف این آمار نقض شد و حتی دولتمردان پس از راستی آزمایی هیچگاه حاضر به انتشار عدد درست در رسانه‌ها با وجود مطالبات زیاد فعالان رسانه‌ای نشده بودند.

خواجه مظفری گفت: اما سال ۱۴۰۰ برای استان گلستان ۲۵ هزار و ۱۳۶ نفر تعهد اشتغال در نظر گرفته شد که در همان سال مسئولان استان توانستند ۱۱۸ درصد شغل را در گلستان محقق کنند.

مدیر کل تعاون کار و رفاه اجتماعی ضمن اشاره به عملکرد حوزه اشتغال، خاطر نشان کرد: در سال ۱۴۰۱ سهمیه اشتغال استان گلستان ۳۱ هزار و ۳۱۰ نفر مشخص شد، در این سال میزان تحقق اشتغال استان نیز ۳۸ هزار و ۷۰ نفر گزارش شد که آمارها بیانگر آن است ۱۲۲ درصد اشتغال به ثبت رسیده است.

وی افزود: در سال ۹۸ تنها دو میلیارد و ۳۰۰ میلیون تومان تسهیلات در این بخش پرداخت شد.

خواجه مظفری اظهار کرد: در سال ۹۹ نیز تنها پنج میلیارد و ۷۰۰ میلیون تومان تسهیلات در بخش مشاغل خانگی در گلستان پرداخت شد، این در حالی بود که مسئولان در تلاش بودند سهمیه استان‌های دیگر را نیز به خود اختصاص دهند و از میزان پرداخت تسهیلات ابراز رضایت می‌کردند.

وی افزود: در دولت سیزدهم میزان پرداخت تسهیلات مشاغل خانگی رشد فزاینده داشت و در سال ۱۴۰۰ به ۲۸ میلیارد و ۴۰۰ میلیون تومان و سال ۱۴۰۱ تقریباً دو برابر شد و به ۶۰ میلیارد تومان رسید.

وی گفت: در دولت سیزدهم میزان سقف تسهیلات مشاغل به ۱۵۰ میلیارد تومان افزایش یافته است و دولت در این بخش به مشاغل حمایتی و اقشار ضعیف توجه شایانی داشت به طوری که بر اساس گزارش کارگروه اشتغال استان گلستان کمیته امداد ۹۴ درصد و بهزیستی ۹۱ درصد موفق به پرداخت تسهیلات اشتغال شده بودند.
